Bella Café is the shared vision of Carlo Salvatore and Nila Norero—blending Italian soul with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, design, and business.

Carlo, born and raised in Sicily, brings the true spirit of Italian café culture into every detail. His knowledge of tradition, taste, and hospitality has shaped the vision of Bella Café from the beginning.

Nila, originally from South America, began her journey in the café world in 2003. With a background in accounting and business operations, she successfully built the first Bella Café in Florida. In 2005, she opened Café Italia in Hollywood, Florida, where she led everything from branding to kitchen oversight, all while learning the craft of Italian hospitality under Carlo’s guidance.

Now living in San Francisco, Nila brings both her creative passion and her professional skills—currently working at Yael’s Designs—into the rebirth of Bella Café. She oversees operations, customer experience, and branding, while Carlo ensures that every element stays true to the heritage and beauty of Italian culture.
